SEMINIS Fund Management is a firm specializing in sustainable finance, fiduciary structuring, and impact financial instruments.
We maintain a Technical and Institutional Collaboration Agreement with SEMINIS to strengthen the fiduciary and operational capacity of IMPULSORA projects that involve climate, agro-industrial, and multilateral investments.
Through this alliance, SEMINIS was appointed as the operational fiduciary administrator for trusts and financial schemes designed by or for IMPULSORA. The collaboration includes the co-design of innovative financial vehicles, revolving funds, climate trusts, and blending finance schemes linked to sustainable agri-food supply chains in projects located in Mexico, Central America, the United States, and other countries.
