At IMPULSORA, we develop, structure, and operate high-impact agro-industrial and climate projects, focusing on sustainability, territorial inclusion, and strategic governance. Each initiative is designed according to international standards (PM4R, MRV, ESG), ensuring scalability, replicability, and the ability to attract climate finance or impact investment.

IMPULSORA Agro-Logistics Park I – CIIT Texistepec

El Parque Agrologístico IMPULSORA I es una infraestructura agroindustrial de nueva generación diseñada para operar como nodo logístico, comercial y de transformación en el sur-sureste de México.
Focusing initially on fruit products (pineapple and mango), it will be strategically located within the PODEBIS of Texistepec (CIIT), linking regional value chains with ESG standards, climate traceability, and access to national and international markets.
This agro-logistics park will be the first in a national network promoted by IMPULSORA, with a scalable design and a focus on responsible investment. Aligned with the Agro-Food Innovation Ecosystem Agenda, it has institutional backing and is structured for presentation to investment funds and accredited financial entities.
With an approximate investment of MXN 400 million, IMPULSORA I is the first agro-logistics park presented and authorized by authorities of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec Interoceanic Corridor (CIIT).

Sustainable Livestock Farming
Location: Oaxaca y Veracruz

This project involves over 30,000 UPPs organized into livestock cooperatives within the CIIT.
The model promotes sustainable development of double-purpose cattle farming.
Aligned with Mexico’s NAMA for Livestock, it incorporates emission reduction criteria, traceability, animal welfare, and multi-actor governance models. It is structured as a bankable project with an ESG focus, eligible for climate financing, infrastructure funds, and productive reconversion programs.

Progress Project Platform (PPP)
Location: Yucatán (México), Honduras, EE.UU.

An integrated logistics, commercial, and service platform designed to efficiently connect markets across Central America, Mexico, and the United States via a new direct maritime route between Puerto Cortés (Honduras) and Puerto Progreso (Yucatán, Mexico).
The project includes distribution centers, export/import services, technical advisory, traceability, and logistical solutions for agri-food products, emphasizing commercial efficiency, sustainability, and formalization of regional supply chains. It aligns with principles of territorial governance, productive inclusion, and commercial dynamization with social impact.
IMPULSORA is strategically involved in structuring this project as a catalyst for attracting investment, ensuring ESG compliance, and professionalizing agro-industrial trade in southeastern Mexico and Central America. It directly supports regional economic integration, value chain improvement, and capacity building.

Southeastern Sheep Farming Program
Location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas

An integrated agro-industrial project led in collaboration with the private sector, aimed at positioning Chiapas as an international sheep meat export hub. The model includes establishing a Sheep Production Center, TIF-USDA-HALAL slaughterhouse, cutting and packaging rooms, refrigeration chambers, skin processing area, and an electric substation, on an estimated 3 to 5 hectares.
The project employs certified processes to ensure traceability, safety, and compliance with export standards to the United States and the Middle East, via an established logistics route from Chiapas to Baltimore, Houston, and Orlando.
Beyond its commercial potential, the program fosters a network of convergent services such as cold chain transportation, tanning, cargo insurance, agro-industrial logistics, direct and indirect employment, and regional supplier development.

Morelos Rice Agro-Industrial Modernization
Location: State of Morelos

This project revitalizes and modernizes the rice value chain from collection to transformation and marketing, including mill modernization, process technological upgrades, product traceability, and origin certifications.
Its alignment with SDGs, social impact, and scalability potential make it eligible for co-financing schemes with international funds and accredited financial entities.

Agri-Food Export Development Program (Mezcal, processed products, certifications)

A comprehensive program to strengthen the export capacity of small and medium-sized agro-food enterprises in Morelos. It includes technical advice and commercial linkages in the USA.
The program emphasizes inclusion, gender equity, cross-border trade compliance, local capacity building, and collaborative governance. Its structure facilitates connections with technical cooperation funds, state agencies, and economic development programs.

Ecological Development – Punta Allen, Quintana Roo

An eco-friendly development project in an area of high environmental value, featuring bioclimatic design, renewable energy systems, and water treatment.
The project combines high-end hospitality with sustainable experiences and conscious tourism. It incorporates ESG criteria from its inception and targets institutional investors, family offices, and regenerative tourism funds. It has replication potential and is designed as a demonstrative case of low-impact tourism in coastal zones.
